A: Su was exiled in Huichow, but his life was a little agreeable, because he was free from responsibilities. He not only was a connosseur of wine but also learned to make wine. Besides, he often gave some constructive advice to the magistrate.

Sometimes he enjoyed an afternoon nap with the cool river breeze coming in through the windows; and when he was waked up by a cawing raven on the roof, he suddenly realized that he was now free from all responsibilities. He saw the reflected light of the broad river enter his own studio.
