平时，我经常跟学生讲，人生如果能够把爱情和婚姻结合起来，把爱好和工作结合起来，那么，将会是相对幸福的人生。学高为师，身正为范。我自己必须先做到，我才能有资格要求我的学生尽力的做到。因此，我选择了我最热爱的职业----当一个大学老师。
一直认为要让哲学王当老师，也就是让最优秀的人去当老师。因为老师这个职业具有特殊性，他的对象是人。我一直认为，教师是一份最难的工作，也是一份最简单的工作。因为，想把书教好，让学生真正受益很难。但如果只是当作一个饭碗，那么也就是动动嘴皮子的事情。我立志成为学生心中的好老师，用自己的人生备课。
如何选择自己理想的职业?
首先，还是要了解自己。我是一个十分健谈，具有良好的语言表达能力，个性开朗，乐于分享的人。著名教育家加德纳曾经提出一个多元智能理论，认为每个人在不同方面有不同的智能，而我在语言，演讲方面很有天赋。再加上阅读是我最大的爱好，学校的资源为我提供了良好的条件。
