1 Plan basis and structural requirements 1.1 编制依据 1.1 Plan basis

1.2 Structural requirements 1.2.1 施工中不允许超过设计荷载值;

No exceeded design load is allowed during construction;

1.2.2 小横杆、大横杆和立杆是传递垂直荷载的主要构件。而剪力撑、斜撑和连墙件主要保证脚手架整体刚度和稳定性的,并且加强抵抗垂直和水平作用的能力。而连墙件则承受全部的风荷载。扣件则是架子组成整体的联结件和传力件。

Small rail, big rail and upright rod are the main parts of the vertical transfer load. The bridging, inclined supporter and wall pieces are the main parts to ensure the rigidity and stability of the scaffold, as well as strengthen the resistance the vertical and horizontal power. The wall pieces undertake the entire wind load. The fasteners are the connecting pieces and transmission pieces of the scaffold. 1.2.3 搭设要求:双排落地式钢管脚手架;

Set-up requirements: Double floor steel scaffold; 1.2.4 本方案对脚手架搭设以最大搭设高度30m,脚手板搭设层数为6层、同一立面上同时进行作业层数为2层进行验算。

This plan proceeds with checking computation work of 6 layers of scaffold baffle erection with the maximum set-up height 30m and 2 layers will perform operation at same vertical surface simultaneously. 1.2.5 采用Φ48×3.5mm双排钢管脚手架搭设,立杆横距b=1.05m,主杆纵距l=1.5m,内立杆距墙0.3m。脚手架步距h=1.8m,脚手板从地面2.0m开始每1.8m设一道(在该层施工时满铺),脚手架与建筑物主体结构连接点的位置,其竖向间距H1=2h=2×1.8=3.6m,水平间距L1=3L=3×1.5=4.5m。根据规定,均布荷载Qk=3.0KN/㎡。

Set-up the Φ48×3.5mm Double floor steel scaffold, the horizontal space of upright rod is b=1.05m,the longitudinal space of the main rod is l=1.5m,internal upright rod is 0.3m away from the wall. The scaffold space is h=1.8m,set the scaffold in every 1.8m from 2.0m above the floor( fully paved when construct this layer). The joint position of the scaffold and building main structure, the vertical space is H1=2h=2×1.8=3.6m,the horizontal space is L1=3L=3×1.5=4.5m. On the basis of the requirements, the average load is Qk=3.0KN/㎡.

工程概况

2 Construction Summary

本工程拟建设鲲池倒班宿舍项目,结构为框架结构,总建筑面积5964m2(地上7层地下1层,其中地下建筑面积为689 m2),二类高层建筑,抗震设防烈度为6度,设计使用年限50年。建设地点位于达州市宣汉县昆池乡境内,交通条件便利, 建设场地位于川东北气矿宣汉作业区内。

This project plan to build the Kunchi living quarter, which is frame structure with a total construction area of 5964㎡ (7 floors above the ground and 1 floor under the ground, the underground area is 689 m2),Grade II high-rise building, the seismic fortification intensity is 6, the design tenure of employ is 50 years. The construction site is located in Kunchi, Xuanhan, Dazhou, which has convenient transportation, the jobsite is located in the CDB Gas field Xuanhan operation zone. 3 气象资料

3 Meteorological meterials

建设施工区域属于亚热带湿润季风气候区,气温受海拔高度影响大,全年四季分明,雨量充沛,气候温和,雨水集中在夏季,冬暖雪少。与工程相关的灾害性气候因素为大风,暴雨及冰雹等。多年年平均降水量1213.5mm。多年年平均气温16.8℃,极端最高气温为41.3℃,极端最低气温-5.3℃,最大风速32 m/s。

The construction site is located in the subtropical humid monsoon climate zone; the temperature is highly affected by the altitude. There are four distinct seasons with plentiful rain and moderate climate. The rain concentrates in summer, warm in winter with less snow. The related disastrous climatic factors are strong wind, rainstorms, hails, etc. The average precipitation is 1213.5mm. The average temperature is 16.8℃,the hottest temperature is 41.3℃,the lowest temperature is -5.3℃,the highest wind speed is 32 m/s。

4 原材料的规格及要求

4 Specification and requirements of primary material 4.1 杆件规格及要求

4.1 Specification and requirements of member bars

4.1.1 钢管宜采用力学性能适中的Q235A(3号)钢,其力学性能应符合国家现行标准《碳素结构钢》(GB/T700-2006)中Q235A钢的规定。每批钢材进场时,应有材质检验合格证。

This project requires moderate mechanical properties steel Q235A(No.3), the mechanical properties should satisfy the national standard in “Carbon construction steel” (GB700-89). All steel should have inspection certificates when approach the jobsite.

4.1.2 钢管选用外径48mm,壁厚3.5mm的焊接钢管,表面平整光滑,无锈蚀、裂纹、分层、压液,新用的钢管要有出厂合格证,钢管、机件到场后需取样送检,合格后方能使用。搭设架子前应进行保养,除锈并统一涂色,颜色力求环境美观。立杆、大横杆和斜杆的最大长度为6.5m,小横杆长度1.5m。

Select the welding steel whose external diameter is 48mm, wall thickness is 3.5mm, smooth surface with no rust, crack, separation, fluid. The new steel should have manufactured certificate; Steel and component should be sent to be sampled before put into use. Before erect the scaffold, it should be cleaned the rust and painted uniformly. The maximum length of the upright rod, big rail and inclined rod is 6.5m; the small rail length is 1.5m. 4.2 扣件规格及要求

4.2 Specification and requirements of fasterners 4.2.1

根据《可铸铁分类及技术条件》(GB978-67)的规定,扣件采用机械性能不低于KTH330-08的可

锻铸铁制造。铸件不得有裂纹、气孔,不宜有缩松、砂眼、浇冒口残余披缝,毛刺、氧化皮等清除干净。

On the basis of “clarification and technical condition of cast iron” (GB978-67), the fastener should be the cast -iron whose mechanical property is no less than KTH330-08. The cast iron should have no crack, bubble, shrink, sand hole and remained joint flashes in the spruing. Clean out the burs, rust, etc.

4.2.2

扣件与钢管的贴合面必须严格整形,应保证与钢管扣紧时接触良好,当扣件夹紧钢管时,开口处

的最小距离应不小于5mm。

Strictly shape the fastener and the steel’s abutted surface, ensure the good contact with the steel faster. When the fasteners clamp the steel, the minimum space of the opening should be no less than 5mm. 4.2.3

扣件活动部位应能灵活转动,旋转扣件的两旋转面间隙应小于1mm。

The movable components should turn flexiblely, the two rotating face space of the rotate fastener should be less than 1mm.

4.2.4 扣件表面应进行防锈处理,涂好防锈漆,螺母、螺丝等也应及时上油。

Take anti-corrosive treatment on the fastener’s surface, paint the rust proof paint, timely paint the oil to the screw nuts and screws.

4.3 其他构件规格及要求

4.3 Specification and requirements of other parts 4.3.1

脚手板应采用杉木制作,厚度不小于50mm,宽度大于等于200mm,长度为4--6m,其材质应

符合国家现行标准《木结构设计规定》(GBJ5—88)中对II级木材的规定,不得有开裂、腐朽。脚手板的两端应采用直径为4mm的镀锌钢丝各设两道箍。

The scaffold should be made by the Chinese fir, the thickness should be no less than 50mm, the width should be no less than 200mm, the length should is 4-6m, the quality should satisfy the requirements of Grade II wood in the national standard “Code for design of timber structures” (GBJ5—88), with no crack and rust. The both ends of the scaffold should set two hoops with galvanized wire whose diameter is 4mm.

4.3.2 钢管及扣件报废标准:钢管弯曲、压扁、有裂纹或严重锈蚀;扣件有脆裂、变形、滑扣应报废和禁止使用。

The scrapping standard of steel pipes and fasteners: the steel is bend, squash, crack or heavily rust; the fastener is deform, crack and thread slipping.

5 地基处理

5 Foundation Treatment

1)地基表面整平,素土夯实,并做成内高外低形式,有利排水,且脚手架底座底面标高高出自然地坪50mm;

Level the foundation surface, compact the pure soil and make it high-inside and low-outside to better drain. The bottom elevation of the scaffold should be 50mm higher than the ground;

2)立杆支承在1.2m×0.2m×0.05m的木垫上,根据后面计算书中的立杆基础底面的平均压力,N = 9.733

kN,木垫标准抗压强度为50MPa,木垫上的压强为P=09.733/(1.2*0.2)=40.55MPa,因此满足强度要求;

Set the upright rod on the 1.2m×0.2m×0.05m wood cushion; According to the calculation book, the average pressure of the upright rod foundation basis, N = 9.733 kN, the standard anti-pressure ability of the wood cushion is 50MPa, the pressure of the wood cushion is P=09.733/(1.2*0.2)=40.55MPa,therefore it satisfies the strength requirement.

3)场地平整不得积水。

设临时斜撑杆,上端与第二步大横杆扣紧(装设与柱连接杆后拆除) →安第三、四步大横杆和小横杆→安装二层与柱拉杆→接立杆→加设剪力撑→铺设脚手板,绑扎防护及档脚板、立挂安全网。

Snap the line on firm foundation, set the rod for positioning→place the sweep shot→set small rail, buckle the upright rod and sweep shot→set the first big rail and buckle with the upright rods→set the first small rail→set the second big rail→set the second small rail→set the temporary inclined supporting rod, buckle the upper end with the second big rail (dismantle the furnish and column joint rods)→set the third and fourth big and small rod→set the second floor and column tension rod→joint the upright rod→add the bridging→set the scaffold, bind the handrail and foot block, vertically hang the safety net.

架子搭设好后经相关人员验收后挂牌确认方能使用,且以后再使用中要定期检查。其扣件式钢管脚手架各杆件如图6.1所示

米,架子搭设、剪力撑、斜撑等设置按规定施工。

The construction of scaffold choose the Series 48 steel tubular double floor shelf, the width of the shelf is 1.05m, the space between the upright rods is 1.50m, the pace is 1.80m. Construct the shelf set-up, bridging, inclined supporter, etc with the requirements. 6.2.2 立杆的搭设

Set-up the upright rod

1)每根立杆底部应设置垫板;

Set cushion on the bottom of every upright rod;

2)立杆底部必须设置纵、横向扫地杆。纵向扫地杆应采用直角扣件固定在距底座上皮不大于200mm 处的立杆上。横向扫地杆也应采用直角扣件固定在紧靠纵向扫地杆下方的立杆上。当立杆基础不在同一高度上时,必须将高处的纵向扫地杆向低处延长两跨与立杆固定,高低差不应大于1m。靠边坡上方的立杆轴线到边坡的距离不应小于500mm;

Set longitudinal and lateral sweep shot on the bottom of the upright rod. Fix the longitudinal sweep shot with the right-angle fastener on the upright rod which is 200mm less from the bottom. Fix the lateral sweep shot with the right-angle fastener on the upright rod which is close to the downside of the longitudinal sweep shot. When the upright rods are not on the same height, extend the longitudinal sweep shot from the high place to low place for 2 paces, and fix with the upright rod, the distance in levels should be no greater than 1m. The distance between the upright rod axis on the slope and the slope should be no less than 500mm;

3)立杆必须按规范用连墙件与建筑物可靠连接;

Connect the upright rod and the building with the wall pieces as required;

4)立杆接长除顶层顶步可采用搭接外,其余各层各步接头必须采用对接扣件连接,对接、搭接应符合相关要求。

Only employ the lap joints on the top, on the other layers employ the butt joints. The butting and lapping should satisfy the requirements.。

6.2.3 纵向水平杆、横向水平杆的搭设

Set-up the longitudinal and lateral horizontal rod

1)纵向水平杆宜设置在立杆内侧,其长度不宜小于3 跨,每步为4 根纵向水平杆;

The longitudinal horizontal rod on the inner side of the upright rod, the length should be no less than 3 paces, every pace has 4 longitudinal horizontal rods;

2)纵向水平杆宜采用对接扣件连接,也可采用搭接,对接、搭接应符合相关规定(如图6.2);

Employ the butt joints to connect the longitudinal horizontal rod, as well as the lap joints. The butting and lapping should satisfy the requirements. (see table 6.2);

(a)the joints should not in the same pace(elevation)接头不在同步内(立面);

6.2.3.1.1

3)主节点处必须设置一根横向水平杆,用直角扣件扣接且严禁拆除。主节点处两个直角扣件的中心距不应大于150mm;

Set 1 lateral horizontal rod on the host node, buckled with right-angle fastener and forbid to dismantle. The distance between the two right-angle fasteners on the host nodes should be no greater than 150mm;

4)横向水平杆两端均应采用直角扣件固定在纵向水平杆上。

Fix both ends of the lateral horizontal rod on the longitudinal horizontal rod with right-angle fastener. 6.2.4 脚手板、踢脚板的铺设

Set-up of the scaffold board and foot block

1)脚手板应在施工层满铺,并绑扎牢实;

The scaffold board should be completely laid and firmly bound;

2)采用对接或搭接时均应符合规范的规定,脚手板探头应用直径3.2mm 的镀锌钢丝固定在支撑架上; The butting and lapping should satisfy the requirements. Fix the jut of the scaffold board with galvanized wire whose diameter is 3.2 mm on the supporting shelf;

3)在拐角、斜道平台口处的脚手板,应与横向水平杆可靠连接,防止滑动。

Connect the scaffold which is at corner, exit ramp platform with the lateral horizontal rod, to prevent slippery.

6.2.5 扣件的安装

Set-up of fastener

1)所用扣件的规格必须与钢管的外径(Φ48)相同;

All specification of the fastener should be the same with the external diameter of steel(Φ48); 2)螺栓拧紧扭矩力不应小于40N·m,且不应大于65 N·m; The tightening torque of the bolt should be less than 40N·m,and should be no greater than 65 N·m;

3)在主节点处固定横向水平杆、纵向水平杆、剪刀撑、横向斜撑等用的直角扣件、旋转扣件的中心点的相互距离不应大于150mm;

Fix the lateral horizontal rod, longitudinal horizontal rod, bridging, lateral inclined supporter in the host node with the right-angle fastener and rotate fastener. The distance between the two right-angle fasteners on the host nodes should be no greater than 150mm;

4)对接扣件开口应向上或朝内;

The opening of the butt fastener should face upwards or inside;

5)各杆件端头伸出扣件盖板边缘的长度不应小于100 mm。

The jut of each rod which stretches out the edge of the board should be no less than 100mm. 6.2.6 剪刀撑与横向斜撑的搭设

Set-up of the bridging and horizontal inclined supporter 1)剪刀撑:

Buckle the inclined rod on the upright rod, and another inclined rod on the jut of the small rail, to prevent pipes bend. The distance between both ends of the inclined rod and upright rod node (the node between the upright rod and rail) should be no greater than 20cm, the distance of the nodes, which is between the lowest inclined rod and upright rod should be no greater than 50cm above the ground, to ensure the scaffold’s stability.

C.每道剪刀撑跨越立杆的根数宜符合规范规定。

Fix the inclined rod of the bridging on the jut of the lateral horizontal rod or upright rod with the rotate fastener. The distance between the middle line of the rotate fastener and host node should be no greater than 150mm.

2)横向斜撑:

A.横向斜撑的设置应符合规范规定,横向斜撑应在同一节间,由底至顶呈之字型连续布置;

B.开口型双排脚手架的两端均必须设置横向斜撑,中间每隔6 跨设置一道。

Set open type lateral inclined supporter on both ends of the double-row scaffold, set 1 supporter in every 6 paces.

6.3 架体与建筑物的拉结(刚性拉结)

本工程脚手架高度为30m,超过高度24m以上的双排脚手架,必须采用刚性连墙件与建筑物可靠连接,采用Φ48×3.5钢管(大约长度为1.4m~1.6m之间)和45mm×45mm×5mm的等边角钢组成,钢材所选用的材料均为Q235钢,角钢焊接在Φ48×3.5钢管上。(图6.3为示意图)

The height of scaffold in this project is 30m, if the height is over 24m should set double-row scaffold. Connect the buildings with the rigid wall pieces, composed of Φ48×3.5 steel (1.4m~1.6m) and

45mm×45mm×5mm equal angle steel. The steel should be the Q235 steel, weld the angle steel on the Φ48×3.5 steel. (See table 6.3)

1)每层都要设置连墙杆(首步必须设置拉接点),垂直距离不大于4 米。连墙杆一般应设置在框架或楼板附近等具有较好抗水平力结构部位,其水平距离为4.5~6.0m,即3~4 根立杆设1 点。转角1m 内和顶部80 ㎝内加密。

Set the wall bar in every floor (firstly set the contact), the vertical distance should be no greater than 4m. Generally set the wall bar in the frame or floor plate whose horizontal force resistant is better, the horizontal distance is 4.5~6.0m, which means 3~4 upright rods is 1 point. Densely set in the corner within 1m and 80cm from the top.

2)宜靠近主节点设置,偏离主节点的距离不应大于300mm。

Set close to the host node, the deviation from the host node should be no greater than 300mm.

3)连墙件应从低层第一步纵向水平杆处开始设置,当该处设置有困难时,应采用其它可靠措施固定。 Set the wall pieces from the first longitudinal horizontal rod from the bottom, if there are any difficulties; employ the other reliable fixing measures.

4)宜优先采用菱形布置,也可采用方形、矩形布置,本工程采用二步三跨的设置方式。

Firstly layout in diamond shape, the square and rectangle shape as well; this project employs the Two-step three-span layout.

6.4 作业层栏杆和挡脚板的搭设

1)栏杆和挡脚板均应搭设在外立杆的内侧;

6.5 过门洞的处理

过门洞,双排脚手架可挑空1、2根立杆,即在第一步大横杆处断开。悬空的立杆处用斜杆撑顶,以使荷载分布在两侧立杆上,斜杆下端与地面的夹角要成60°左右,凡斜杆与立杆、大横杆相交处均应扣接。

The door opening and double-pole scaffold should impend 1 or 2 upright rods, which means disconnect in the first big rail. Support the suspended upright rod with inclined rod, in order to distribute the load on both sides of the upright rod. The lower end of the inclined rod and ground should in 60° angle, buckle the joints between the inclined rod and upright rod, big rail. 6.6 过窗洞的处理

6.6 Process of window opening

单排脚手架遇窗洞(如图6.5)时,可增设立杆或吊设一根短大横杆,将荷载传递到两侧的小横杆若窗洞宽超过1.5m时,应于室内加设立杆(底部加铺垫木)和大横杆来承担小横杆传来的荷载。

If the single-row scaffold meets the window opening (see table 6.5), add upright rod or hang a short big rail, distribute the load to both ends of the small rail when the width of the window opening is over 1.5m. Set upright rod(with cushion in the bottom) and big rail inside to support the load that transferred by the small rail.

6.7 安全网

6.7 Safety net

1)挂设要求:安全网应挂设严密,用塑料蔑绑扎牢固,不得漏眼绑扎,两网连接处应绑在同一杆件上。安全网要挂设在棚架内侧。

Hang establish requirements: tightly hang the safety net, no dropped stitches are allowed, the joints of two nets should be bond on the same rod. The safety net should hang on the inner side of the shelf.

2)脚手架与施工层之间要按验收标准设置封闭平网,防止杂物下跌。

Close the net between the scaffold and construction layer, to prevent the fall of sundries. 6.8 安全挡板 6.8 Safety apron

通道口及靠近建筑物的露天作业场地要搭设安全挡板,通道口挡板需向两侧各伸出1m,向外伸出3m。 Set safety apron in the gangway opening and open-air jobsite near the building, the apron of the gangway opening should stretch out 1m from both sides, and 3m outside.

The access to each operation layer is the temporary access which is set up by steel scarffold, the vertical space is the staircase form in steel and wood. The horizontal space is the temporary access which is set up by steel pipes with double layer scarffold board on the top, the space between the scarffold board is 10cm. the space between the underlayer scarffold and the ground is 2.0m.

7 防护架搭设的劳动力安排 7 Labor force arrangement

1)为确保工程进度的需要,同时根据本工程的结构特征和防护架的工程量,确定本工程防护架搭设人员需要6~10 人,均有特种作业上岗证书。

To ensure the construction schedule, on the basis of the structural character and working load, the labor force of scaffold set-up is 6~10 people and all have certificates of specific working.

2)建立由项目经理、施工员、安全员、搭设技术员组成的管理机构,搭设负责人负有指挥、调配、检查的直接任务。

Establish a management organization including project manager, builders, safety inspector, set-up technician, the set-up supervisor directly command, allocate and check the project.

3)防护架的搭设和拆除,均应有项目技术负责人的认可,方可进行施工作业,并必须配备有足够的辅助人员和必要的工具。

The set-up and dismantling of the protective shelf, all items should be accepted by the technical supervisor before construction, and equipped with sufficient assistant staff and necessary instruments. 8

架子的验收、使用及管理

8.1 Acceptance, usage and management of scarffold

1)把好验收关。搭设过程中的架子,每搭设一个施工层高度必须由项目技术负责人组织技术、安全与搭设班组、工长进行检查,符合要求后方可上人使用。架子未经检查、验收,除架子工外,严禁其他人员攀登。验收合格的架子任何人不得擅自拆改,需局部拆改时,要经设计负责人同意,由架子工操作。

Strictly check. When set up each layer, the height should be checked by the project manager, technician, safety inspector, set-up team and foreman. If the scaffold is unchecked and unaccepted, forbid anyone to climb except the scaffolder. Anyone should not dismantle the checked scaffold, if the partial dismantling is needed, the scaffolder can dismantle with the content of designers.

2)工程的施工负责人,必须按架子方案的要求,拟定书面操作要求,向班组进行安全技术交底,班组必须严格按操作要求和安全技术交底施工。

The director of project should study out the written operation requirements based on the requirements of the plan, make technical disclosure to the team, and strictly apply to it.

3)基础、卸荷措施和架子分段完成后,应分层由制定架子方案及安全、技术、施工、使用等有关人员,按项目进行验收,并填写验收单,合格后方可继续搭设使用。

After the construction of foundation, dismantling and scaffold, study out the set-up plan and the personnel in safety, technology, construction, usage. Check and fill in the acceptance report, set up after being accepted.

4)使用按3kN/m2考虑,因此架子上不准堆放成批材料,零星材料可适当堆放。

No batch material is allowed on the shelf, for the permission of 3kN/m2, isolated material can be properly stacked

5)外架第一步(1.8m高)开始拉设兜网和立网,以后每隔4步架子拉设一道兜网,施工层脚手板和施工层临边必须设兜网和立网,以保证高处作业人员的安全。

Set the pocket network and vertical network from the first stage (height 1.8m), set pocket network in every 4 steps. The scaffold board and the edge of construction layer should be set with pocket network and vertical network to ensure safety.

6)架子搭好后要派专人管理,未经施工部同意,不得改动,不得任意解掉架子与柱连接的拉杆和扣件。

Send specific people to manage. Without the content of the construction department, do not change, randomly dismantle the tension rod and fastener of the scaffold and column joints.

7)架子上不准有任何活动材料,如扣件、活动钢管、钢筋,一旦发现应及时清除。

No movable materials are allowed on the scaffold, for instance fastener, movable steel pipe, steel. Once found, remove immediately.

8)雨后要检查架子的下沉情况,发现地基沉降或立杆悬空要马上用木板将立杆楔紧。

Check the sinking of the scaffold after the rain, tightly block the upright rod with wooden plate if the foundation is sinking or the upright rod is suspended.

9)在六级以上大风、大雾和大雨天气下不得进行脚手架作业,雨后上架前要防滑措施。

No construction under the weather of strong wind (above Grade 6), dense fog and heavy rain, take anti-slippery measures.

10)外架实行外挂立网全封闭。外挂安全网要与架子拉平,网边系牢,两网接头严密,不准随风飘。 Set all closed structure external vertical network on the scaffold. The external safety network should be vertical with the scaffold, tightly bond both at joints and edges.

11)作业层上的施工荷载应符合设计要求,不得超载,不得将模板、泵送混凝土输送管等支撑固定在脚手架上,严禁任意悬挂起重设备。

The construction load should satisfy the requirements, no over-load is allowed. Do not fix the mould, concrete transmit pipes on the scaffold, forbid to hang any lifting equipments. 8.2 人员素质要求

8.2 Requirements of staff quality

1)高处作业人员必须年满18岁,两眼视力均不低于1.0,无色盲,无听觉障碍,无高血压、心脏病、癫痫、眩晕和突发性昏厥等疾病,无妨害登高架设作业的其他疾病和生理缺陷。

The staff work in high place should reach the age of 18, the eyesight should be no less than 1.0 for both eyes, no color blindness, hearing impairment, hypertension, heart disease, epilepsy, vertigo, sudden faint and some other diseases and physical defaults.

2)责任心强,工作认真负责,熟悉本作业的安全技术操作规程。严禁酒后作业和作业中玩笑戏闹。 Strong sense of responsibility, work seriously, familiar with safety operation regulation. Forbid to work after drinking and play while working.

3)明确使用个人防护用品和采取安全防护措施。进入施工现场,必须戴好安全帽,在无可靠防护2m以上处作业必须系好安全带,使用工具要放在工具套内。

Take PPE and safety protective measures. When entering the jobsite, take the safety helmet and fasten the safety belt in the unreliable protection above 2m, put the tools in the tools package.

4)操作工必须经过培训教育,考试、体检合格,持证上岗,任何人不得安排未经培训的无证人员上岗作业。

The operators should take training, examination, physical check, and have certificates. Anyone can not arrange the untrained operators to work.

5)作业人员应定期进行体检(每年体检一次)。 Take routine physical examination (yearly).

6)作业所用材料要堆放平稳,高处作业地面环境要整洁,不能杂乱无章,乱摆乱放,所用工具要全部清点回收,防止遗留在作业现场掉落伤人。

Stably stack the materials; keep the high place working floor clean and in order. All equipments should be counted and recycled, to prevent the left materials fall and hurt people. 8.3 主要劳保用品要求

8.3 Requirements of labor protection articles

1)安全帽 Safety helmet

A.安全帽必须使用经报验合格的安全帽,无合格证的安全帽禁止使用。工程使用的安全帽一律由分公司统一提供。

Employ the qualified safety helmet; do not use the disqualified helmet. The helmet is uniformly supplied by the sub branch.

B.安全帽必须具有抗冲击、抗侧压力、绝缘、耐穿刺等性能,使用中必须正确佩戴,安全帽使用期为2.5年。

The helmet should have the performance of impact-resistance, side pressure-resistance, isolation, and puncture-resistance. Properly take the helmets; the usage period of the helmet is 2.5 years.

2)安全带 Safety belt

A.采购安全带必须要有劳动保护研究所认可合格的产品,且为全身式安全带,配双系索。

Select and purchase the qualified products which are approved by the labor protective institution, which is full body harness with double lanyard.

B.安全带使用2年后,根据使用情况,必须通过抽验合格方可使用。

After being used for 2 years, it can be used after checking and approving.

C.安全带应高挂低用(架子工除外),注意防止摆动碰撞,不准将绳打结使用,也不准将钩直接挂在安全绳上使用,应挂在连接环上用,要选择在牢固构件上悬挂。

The safety belt should be high-hang and low-use, prevent swing and collision. Do not tie the ropes and hook directly on the safety rope. Hook on the connect collar which is the fixed component.

D.安全带上的各种部件不得任意拆掉,更新绳时要注意加绳套。 3)安全网

Safety network

A.安全网的技术要求必须符合CB5725—85规定,方准进场使用。工程使用的安全网必须由公司认定的厂家供货。大孔安全网用做平网和兜网,其规格为绿色密目安全网1.5m×6m。内挂绿色密目安全网使用有国家认证的生产厂家供货,安全网进场要做防火试验。

The safety network should satisfy the CB5725—85 requirements before entering the site. The safety network should be supplied by the appointed producer. Employ the big hole safety network to make flat and pocket network, the specification is the green thick safety network 1.5m×6m. The internal green thick safety network should be supplied by the national identified producers. Take anti-fire test before entering the site.

B.安全网在存放使用中,不得受有机化学物质污染或与其他可能引起磨损的物品相混,当发现污染应进行冲洗,洗后自然干燥,使用中要防止电焊火花掉在网上。

No chemical pollution or other materials which would cause abrasion on stage with the safety network. When the pollution is found, wash and dry naturally, prevent the welding fire fall on the net.

C.安全网拆除后要洗净捆好,放在通风、遮光、隔热的地方,禁止使用钩子搬运。

After dismantling the safety network, bundle and place in the airy, lightproof, heatproof area. Do not transmit by hooks..

9 Safety technology disclosure of scarffold set-up 9.1 架子搭设安全技术交底

9.1 Safety technology disclosure of scarffold set-up

1)凡是高血压、心脏病、癫痫病、晕高或视力不够等不适合做高处作业的人员,均不得从事架子作业,在架子搭设前需要报架子工人员资质审核。配备架子工的徒工,在培训以前必须经过医务部门体检合格,操作时必须有技工带领、指导,由低到高,逐步增加,不得任意单独上架子操作,要经常进行安全技术教育。凡从事架子工种的人员,必须定期(每年)进行体检。

The staff with color blindness, hearing impairment, hypertension, heart disease, epilepsy, vertigo, sudden faint should not work on the scaffold. Scaffold worker’s certificates should be handed over before erect the scaffold. The scaffolder should take physical examination and with the guide of the technician, from bottom to top, increasing progressively, no single operation is allowed. Take safety technical training regularly. All scaffolder should take routine physical examination (yearly).

2)脚手架支搭以前,必须制定施工方案和进行安全技术交底。对于高大异形的架子并应报请上级部门批准,向所有参加作业人员进行书面交底。

Before setting up, study out the construction plan and take safety technical disclosure. Submit a report about the big deform scaffold for approving, make written technical disclosure to all staff.

3)操作小组接受任务后,必须根据任务特点和交底要求进行认真讨论,确定支搭方法,明确分工。在开始操作前,组长和安全员应对施工环境及所需防护用具做一次检查,消除隐患后方可开始操作。

Seriously discuss based on the project character and disclosure, confirm the set-up method, specific allocation. The foreman and safety inspector should check the construction environment and protective equipments, operate after removing the hidden danger.

4)架子工在高处(距地高度2m以上)作业时,必须佩带安全带。所用的杆子应栓2m长的杆子绳。安全带必须与已绑好的立、横杆挂牢,不得挂在铅丝扣或其他不牢固的地方,不得“走过档”(即在一根顺水杆上不扶任何支点行走),也不得跳跃架子。在架子上操作应精力集中,禁止打闹和玩笑,严禁酒后作业。 Fasten the safety belt in the unreliable protection above 2m. All rods should tie the 2m long rope. Bind the safety belt with the upright rod and rail, instead of hanging on the galvanized fastener or some unstable place. No missing part is allowed. Concentrate while operating, forbid to work after drinking and play while working.

5)遇有恶劣气候(如风力五级以上,高温、雨天气等)影响安全施工时应停止高处作业。

Stop working when encounter with the atrocious weather (wind force above grade 5, high temperature, rainy days).

6)大横杆应绑在立杆里边,绑第一步大横杆时,必须检查立杆是否立正,绑至四步时必须绑临时小横杆和临时十字盖。绑大横杆时,必须2--3人配合操作,由中间一人结杆、放平,按顺序绑扎。 Bind the big rail inside the upright rod, make sure the upright rod is vertical when reaches the first stage. Bind the temporary small rail and crosshead bearing cap when reaches the fourth stage. Binding the big rail in order, make sure there are 2~3 operators cooperate with each other.

7)递杆、拉杆时,上下左右操作人员应密切配合,协调一致。拉杆人员应注意不碰撞上方人员和已绑好的杆子,下方递杆人员应在上方人员接住杆子后方可松手,并躲离其垂直操作距离3m以外。使用人力吊料,大绳必须坚固,严禁在垂直下方3m以内拉大绳吊料。

The operators should correspond with each other. The rod staff should not knock the staff above and bond rods, the staff below should release after the staff above get the rod, and hide from its vertical operating range than 3m. When hanging the materials by man power, the big rope should be stable, forbid to operate 3m vertically below.

8)未搭完的一切脚手架,非架子工一律不准上架。架子搭完后由施工人会同架子组长以及使用工种、

技术、安全等有关人员共同进行验收,认为合格,办理交接验收手续后方可使用。验收合格的架子任何人不得擅自拆改,需局部拆改时,要经设计负责人同意,由架子工操作。

No scaffolder is allowed in the unsettled scaffold. When the scaffold is done, check by the project manager, technician, safety inspector, set-up team and foreman. Anyone should not dismantle the checked scaffold, if the partial dismantling is needed, the scaffolder can dismantle with the content of designers.

9)所有的架子,经过大风、大雨后,要进行检查,如发现倾斜下沉及松扣、崩扣要及时修理。 All scaffold must be checked after the strong wind and rain, timely repairing when there are sinking, releasing and collapsing.

9.2 架子拆除安全技术交底

9.2 Safety technology disclosure of scarffold dismantling

1)外架拆除前,工长要向拆架施工人员进行书面安全交底工作。交底有接受人签字。

The foreman makes the technical disclosure to the dismantling operators. The acceptors should sign.

2)拆除前,班组要学习安全技术操作规程,班组必须对拆架人员进行安全交底,交底要有记录,交底内容要有针对性,拆架子的注意事项必须讲清楚。

The team members should learn the safety technology operate regulation; make the technical disclosure to the dismantling operators. Clearly explain the matters need attention to the members and take records.

3)拆架前在地上用绳子或铁丝先拉好围栏,没有监护人,没有安全员工长在场,外架不准拆除。

Set enclosure by ropes or iron wire before dismantling. Do not dismantle the scaffold without the appearance of guardian or safety inspector.

4)架子拆除程序应由上而下,按层按步拆除。先清理架上杂物,如脚手板上的混凝土、砂浆块、U型卡、活动杆子及材料。按拆架原则先拆后搭的杆子。剪刀撑、拉杆不准一次性全部拆除,要求杆拆到哪一层,剪刀撑、拉杆拆到那一层。

Follow the procedure of first-up then-down, dismantle by step and layer. Remove the debris on the scaffold, for instance the concrete, mortar block, U shape clip, removable rod and materials. Dismantle the rods which were firstly set. Do not dismantle the bridging, tension rod at one time; keeps the same speed with the rod dismantling.

5)拆除工艺流程:拆护栏→拆脚手板→拆小横杆→拆大横杆→拆剪刀撑→拆立杆→拉杆传递至地面→清除扣件→按规格堆码。

Dismantling technical process: dismantle the handrail→dismantle scaffold board→dismantle small rail→dismantle big rail→dismantle bridging→dismantle upright rod→delivery the rods to the ground→remove the fastenenr→stack in specification

6)拆杆和放杆时必须由2--3人协同操作,拆大横杆时,应由站在中间的人将杆顺下传递,下方人员接到杆拿稳拿牢后,上方人员才准松手,严禁往下乱扔脚手料具。

When dismantling and releasing the rod, there must be 2~3 operators cooperate with each other. When dismantling the big rail, the operator in the middle delivers the rods. The staff above could release until the staff below hold steadily, forbid leaving around the scaffold materials.

7)拆架人员必须系安全带,安全带为全身式安全带,并且配双系索,在移动的过程中保证至少有一个挂钩始终在固结,拆除过程中,应指派一个责任心强、技术水平高的工人担任指挥,负责拆除工作的全部安全作业。

8)拆架时有管线阻碍不得任意割移,同时要注意扣件崩扣,避免踩在滑动的杆件上操作。

脚手架搭设高度 Hs等于或大于26米,按照下式调整且不超过50米:

[H] = 71.166 /(1+0.001×71.166)=66.438 m;

[H]= 66.438 和 50 比较取较小值。经计算得到,脚手架搭设高度限值 [H] =50 m。

10.8 连墙件的计算:

(1) 连墙件的轴向力计算值应按照下式计算:

The axial compressive designed value of the wall piece: Nf=φ×A×[f]=0.949×4.890×10-4×205.000×103 =

95.133 kN;

∴ NL=12.507The wall pieces take the double fastener to connect with the wall body.

∴ 经过计算得到 NL=12.507小于双扣件的抗滑力 16.0 kN,满足要求!

After calculating, NL=12.507 is less than the skid resistance 16.0 kN of the double fasteners, it satisfies the requirements.

10.9 立杆的地基承载力计算:

The standard value of the ground bearing capacity is: fgk= 220.000 kN/m2 ; 脚手架地基承载力调整系数:kc = 0.500 ;

The variation value of the ground bearing capacity of the scaffold is: kc = 0.500 ;

立杆基础底面的平均压力,p = N/A =108.143 kN/m ;

The average pressure of the fundamental grounding of the upright stanchion, p = N/A =108.143 kN/m2 ; 其中,上部结构传至基础顶面的轴向力设计值:N = 9.733 kN;基础底面面积 (m):A = 0.090 m 。 The axial compressive designed value of the upper structure that transmit to the top: N = 9.733 kN;the fundamental grounding area (m2):A = 0.090 m2 .
